4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCreate AI Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
